1. The DVD cannot be turned on?
- Make sure the machine is fully charged. When the unit is not in use, turn the power switch to the OFF position to save power. If you still can't get started, please feel free to let us know.
2. Why doesn't the video play?
-DVD supported playback formats include MP3 / MP4 / JPEG / DVD / MPEG / USB. Make sure the disc, USB/SD card, and file format meet the format requirements. If it still does not work, the mechanical parts may have been damaged during transportation, please replace them as soon as possible.
3. There is no HDMI port, how to connect to TV?
- Our DVD player has a 3 in 1 AV cable and jack. Connect to TV with AV cable. If your TV only has HDMI ports, purchase an HDMI to 3-in-1 AV Cable Adapter to connect your TV to play DVDs.
4. Can I play Blu-ray?
- Our DVD players do not support Blu-ray playback.
5. How long can it be used after fully charged?
- The new machine can be used for 4-6 hours after being fully charged. Prolonged use or extremely low temperatures can shorten the battery life of the machine.
